Battlefield 1 4K gameplay footage looks absolutely incredible

Battlefield 1 has piqued the interest of gamers worldwide by daring to go where none had gone in years: the World War I era, at least on a AAA scale. The game kicked off with a record breaking reveal trailer which was well received by fans and critics alike.

DICE followed it up with a star-studded multiplayer gameplay reveal during E3 with its own EA Play event that showed the world’s best Battlefield players as well as several celebrities battling it out in a 64 player online multiplayer game.

To add icing on the cake was another campaign trailer that looked even better and featured plenty of gameplay. Battlefield 1 seems to be on a roll at the moment, and now footage has emerged showing how the game looks in 4K (although it’s upscaled). The short answer is it looks absolutely incredible and is both visually and audibly phenomenal.

We get the chance to look at this footage courtesy of Jackfrags and he explains several of the things during the clip. It’s really a treat to watch and viewing it in 4K brings the world to life unlike anything you can imagine. Check it out below (Be sure to change the resolution to 4K/60 FPS/1440P)
