It has been 20 years since the first Nintendo 64 was sold. Oh how time flies. The famous console was released on June 23 back in the year 1996.

Back then, Nintendo 64’s only competitor was Sony’s PlayStation, and the former was the last major home console that used cartridges. The console came with an eye-catching and unique controller which was very popular.

Nintendo 64 has seen a lot of legendary games such as Super Mario 64, Golden Eye 007, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time during its time in circulation.

Today, in order to mark its 20th anniversary, we have come up with a list which features the top 10 Nintendo 64 games of all time.

1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which was released back in 1998, is still regarded as one of the best console games ever released. The game is highly regarded by many because of its impressive graphics, puzzled environment and great camera controls.

The game was also the first definitive first-person shooter to be released in a console.
