Chris Evans has reportedly exited the MCU, leaving Captain America behind with an emotional farewell tweet, but people are concerned that his premature goodbyes hint at bad news for America’s favourite hero…
The Hollywood star took to Twitter and has suggested that he will no longer play Captain America in Marvel’s Avengers movies.
He wrote on Twitter: “Officially wrapped on Avengers 4. It was an emotional day to say the least,
“Playing this role over the last 8 years has been an honor. To everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera, and in the audience, thank you for the memories! Eternally grateful.”

The fourth Avengers movie (which doesn’t yet have a name) will be Marvel’s 22nd film and Evans’ 10th as Steve Rogers AKA Captain America.
Other stars began replying to his social media post, seemingly confirming the news.
I’m not crying. I’m weeping. There’s a difference.

The tweet had lead some people to speculate whether or not the premature leaving of Evans actually means that Captain America might actually die in the movie, with lots of people accusing him of “ruining” the ending of the unreleased movie.
What do you think? Does this spell out the end for Captain America?
