Last night, Imgur user, velorok was at home playing Prey when he heard a sudden loud pop as well as the sound of glass shattering.  “At first I thought a light bulb had burst,” verlorok wrote.  “[B]ut soon noticed the cloud of drywall dust in the air and a bullet hole to the left of my monitor.”

The damage that was done to his room includes his copy of The Elder Scrolls Anthology, which made the ultimate sacrifice, taking a bullet. Thankfully, the rest of velorok’s games remained untouched.

Don’t worry though, the post, caught the eye of Pete Hines, the head of Public Relations at Bethesda.

It appears that velorok will be getting a new copy of the anthology and perhaps something better.

Hopefully, velorok will keep the copy of the damaged one, would make a great story for his grandchildren someday.
